I Outline;
SZT-5 Silicon composite tester consist of two kinds of silicone material test instrument
A 2-range resistance measurement instruments, equipped with handheld four- needles test head or seat-type test stand, can be used for semiconductor materials in flake, columnar, or block shape, with the resistivity scope in the range of 0.01 ~ 200 ohms. Certain measuring results can be amended by adjusting the constant current source. For example, the measuring results of ordinary silicon material need to be multiplied by 0.628 correction coefficient of ***ecting head, the silicon thin layer diffusion and conductive films "square resistance" by 4.53 correction coefficient etc. all above can be handled by adjusting the constant current source.
SZT-5 digital four-point probe tester can be effectively used in the separation for materials to be re-smelted because of such features as small shape, easy operation and moderate measurement range.
B P-N type ***erminate meter of silicon rectifier, equipped with three-needle handheld probe, can ***ermine the polarity to the silicon materials with resistivity in the range of 1000-0.01 ohms/centimeters and in the shape of both flake and block.
